These Terms and Conditions govern all design services provided by The Dream Design Studio (“the Studio”) to the Client.
By submitting payment, confirming a booking, or engaging the Studio’s services, the Client agrees to these Terms.
The Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to the Client’s project.
These Terms and Conditions govern all design services provided by The Dream Design Studio (“the Studio”) to the Client.
By submitting payment, confirming a booking, or engaging the Studio’s services, the Client agrees to these Terms.
The Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to the Client’s project.
The work included in each project will be confirmed in writing via message and detailed on the Client’s invoice before work begins.
Only the services listed on the invoice are included in the agreed project. Any additional requests, changes outside the agreed scope, or new deliverables will be quoted separately and may incur additional fees.
The Client is responsible for providing all required content, information, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in communication or missing materials may result in adjusted timelines.

All payments are non-refundable once work has begun, in accordance with the Studio’s Cancellation & Refund Policy.
The Studio reserves the right to pause or withhold delivery of final files if payment has not been made in full.
If the Studio cancels a project for any reason, a refund will be issued for any work not yet completed.

For logo design projects, up to five (5) revision rounds are included. For all other design services, up to two (2) revision rounds are included.
A revision round consists of one consolidated list of minor changes submitted at one time. Multiple separate messages or ongoing additional requests may be treated as additional revision rounds.
Revisions are intended for minor adjustments to the agreed concept, such as small text changes, colour refinements, or layout adjustments. Significant changes, new directions, or changes to the original brief will be considered major revisions and may incur additional fees at the Studio’s discretion.
Any revision rounds beyond those included will be charged at an additional rate.
If the Client has specific inspiration, references, or style preferences, these must be shared prior to the project start date. Inspiration or direction provided after work has commenced may result in additional charges if significant amendments are required.

The Client must provide all required information, content, and materials at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled project start date.
If the required information is not received within this timeframe, the Studio reserves the right to delay or reschedule the booking. The Studio is not responsible for any resulting delays.
In the event that a project must be rescheduled due to missing information or lack of communication, a rebooking fee of 50% of the total service cost will be required to secure a new project date.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided is accurate and final. The Studio is not liable for errors in spelling, grammar, dates, or other details once designs have been approved.
If there is no communication or response from the Client for a period of 30 days, the project will be considered inactive and may be closed. To restart the project after this period, full payment of the original service fee will be required and a new start date will be scheduled based on availability.
The Client must provide all required information, content, and materials at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled project start date.
If the required information is not received within this timeframe, the Studio reserves the right to delay or reschedule the booking. The Studio is not responsible for any resulting delays.

If the Client intends to trademark their logo, they must contact the Studio prior to submitting any trademark application so that appropriate guidance or design adjustments can be discussed.
The Client is responsible for conducting any trademark searches and securing trademark registration if required. The Studio does not guarantee that any design will be eligible for trademark registration and is not responsible for trademark conflicts.
The Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In some cases, where specific imagery cannot be created entirely from scratch, the Studio may incorporate royalty-free or licensed elements into the design. Such elements may be subject to separate licensing terms and may not be eligible for trademark registration. If the Client intends to trademark their logo, they must contact the Studio prior to submitting any trademark application so that appropriate guidance or design adjustments can be discussed.

Once a parcel has been handed to a courier or postal service, the Studio is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.

The Studio reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at its discretion.
The Studio is committed to maintaining a respectful and professional working relationship with all Clients.
In the event of inappropriate, abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour, the Studio reserves the right to terminate the project immediately.
If a project is terminated due to Client conduct, no refund will be issued and any outstanding balance will remain payable.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The Studio shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Client may not upload, submit, or input any design work created by The Dream Design Studio into artificial intelligence (AI) tools, generators, or software for the purpose of editing, altering, recreating, or generating derivative works without prior written consent from the Studio.
The use of AI to modify, replicate, or reinterpret the Studio’s work is strictly prohibited unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Any unauthorised alteration or AI-generated adaptation of the Studio’s work will be considered a breach of these Terms.
The Client may not upload, submit, or input any design work created by The Dream Design Studio into artificial intelligence (AI) tools, generators, or software for the purpose of editing, altering, recreating, or generating derivative works without prior written consent from the Studio.
The use of AI to modify, replicate, or reinterpret the Studio’s work is strictly prohibited unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Any unauthorised alteration or AI-generated adaptation of the Studio’s work will be considered a breach of these Terms.
